From Ryde: take the A3055 to Sandown, go through Brading village centre until you come to a set of traffic lights.  Turn right, follow the road right and then left up a steep hill.  Take the first turning left into Upper Adgestone Road.  At the end of this narrow lane there is a crossroads; Adgestone Vineyard is on the right with a sign off the road.
